My Story

I grew up in St. Johns, Michigan and began college with aspirations of becoming a registered nurse. After completing my core curriculum, I stumbled upon the opportunity to become a leasing consultant at a local apartment community. I soon found myself providing great customer service during the client's initial search and after they became community residents. I had a robust 10-year career, growing into Management, at properties in Michigan and Indiana ranging in size from 150 to 400 units.

Moving to the Phoenix area in 2011 brought me a new role as a Sales Representative in Multifamily Flooring. It furthered my commitment to the customer experience and providing the best service I could for my customers. In 2020 I moved to a more residential aspect of flooring. I worked for a local tile distribution company where I fostered relationships with interior designers and architects to specify tile and stone on residential projects. Making the move back to my roots in Multifamily with Real Floors feels like coming home. And speaking of home, my family at home keeps me going and fills my cup each and every day! My husband, Dusty, and I have two beautiful growing kiddos, our pride, and joy, and we’re so blessed.
