" Victor came out today to check moisture in our clubhouse for the upcoming install. He is amazing!! He is so courteous and thoughtful and let us know when he was drilling so it didn't interfere with our work. He also overheard a conversation with a resident who was in the office regarding a carpet issue and went over to the resident's home to inspect the issue right away. He even tracked down an installer who happened to be on property & scheduled to fix it the same day. I just thought you should know Victor is an amazing asset to Carpeturn and a pleasure to work with. "
